Victoria is the Founder of Kansha Consulting which embodies her passion of helping people help themselves in their career journeys. She advises Companies on aligning business strategy to their employees, achieving excellent engagement and ensuring business efficiency through people.
A Human Resources professional with 20 years of international HR experience including 11 years in Singapore, Victoria has held roles of Head of HR and Business Partner for Companies in Financial Services, Commodities Trading and Legal sectors and also has extensive Career and Life Coaching experience.
Specialist in business partnering, talent management, performance and leadership development. Strong skills in employee relations, mentoring and internal communication. Victoria is experienced in advising and leading organisation design, reskilling for the future and managing workforce change.
Arni Anwar
Arni has a decade of experience providing administrative and executive support to C-suite leaders across diverse industries, including non-profits, media, and healthcare technology. Having lived and worked in the UK, Ireland, and Mozambique, she brings a global perspective and adaptability to professional and social environments.
Her expertise spans HR, office management, operations, and executive assistance, along with organizing team-building events to foster workplace engagement. She is an IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) and holds an Executive Research certification from AESC. Currently, she is pursuing a Part-time Diploma in Business Practice (Human Capital) at Singapore Polytechnic, reinforcing her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
